The Operations Manager plays a vital role in supporting the mission of Sixes Church by ensuring excellence, accuracy, and efficiency in the church’s financial, facility, office, and communication operations. This position manages the day-to-day systems that allow the ministry to thrive, providing organizational strength behind the scenes and serving as a reliable resource for staff, volunteers, and guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, proactive, and committed to creating smooth, stable operational structures that support all ministries of the church.
